Owl Days — April 12-14

We have reached the maximum capacity for on-campus overnight stays for Owl Days and that option is no longer available. However, you are still welcome to register for the program as a Day Participant.

Owl Days is a three-day program for admitted students featuring a two-night stay in one of our residential colleges, academic panels, class visitation, tours and many student-led activities. For parents, a concurrent schedule of day-time activities is offered on Thursday and Friday.

Register online through your Rice Admission Student Portal. We advise that you finalize travel arrangements prior to registration because we require travel details on the form. The registration deadline is Friday, April 7 at noon (CDT).

Pay your Owl Days registration fee online by credit card, electronic check or PayPal prior to your arrival. The registration fee is $35 per student and $25 per parent/guardian and will cover the cost of meals on campus. Event fees are nonrefundable but are transferrable to another April 2017 admitted student event. Due to capacity constraints, each admitted student can bring up to four (4) guests to participate in the program.

If you are unable to join us for Owl Days or an Admit Day, we welcome you to schedule an individual visit by registering for a campus tour and information session. Upon check-in, be sure to let our staff know that you are an admitted student so that we may congratulate you in person!
