Merit Scholarships

Student standouts—that’s what we look for! Merit-based award recipients generally distinguish themselves scholastically and personally within our highly competitive group of admitted students.

Our past recipients include

  • political and community service leaders
  • math/science competition winners
  • creative and performance artists
  • entrepreneurs
  • scholar–athletes
  • exceptional writers

All admitted freshman applicants are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships, with no separate application forms or interviews necessary. The admission office notifies scholarship winners at the time of admission.
